What we do

Odisha Local Jobs is a regional job-listings platform for Odisha. Employers publish openings with their own contact details; job seekers search by district and category and contact those employers directly. No middleman, no commission on a hire, no calls from a recruiter.

District is a filter, not a boundary. A listing in one district stays visible to anyone willing to travel for it.

Why we built it

Local hiring in Odisha still runs on word of mouth and shop-window notices. National job boards are built around metro white-collar roles and rarely carry a shop assistant vacancy in Jajpur or a driver's job in Bhadrak. We built a small, fast, low-cost platform for exactly those listings, priced so a first-time job seeker and a two-person business can both afford it.

How we make money

Subscriptions only. View Jobs costs ₹99 per year for job seekers; Post Jobs costs ₹99 per month for employers. Neither auto-renews. We take no commission on a hire, we do not sell your data, and we run no third-party advertising. Details on the pricing page.

How we keep it safe

Employers may never charge a job seeker a fee, deposit, or security amount, and any listing that does is removed. Report a suspicious listing to suportodishalocaljobs@gmail.com.
